人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用

摘要 目的:在手术室护理中应用人性化护理模式,对其应用效果及价值进行分析评价。方法:选取2017年1月-7月期间在我院择期进行手术的150例患者随机平均分为常规组与人性化组,常规组实施我院一般护理,人性化组加用人性化护理模式,护理后对比两组患者对各自护理服务的满意度。结果:人性化组的患者满意度为98.67%,远远高于常规组的84.00%,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理中应用人性化护理模式,可以提高患者满意度,减少护患纠纷,值得推广。 In the operating room care application of human care model,its application effects and value of the analysis and evaluation.Methods: A total of 150 patients who underwent elective surgery in our hospital from January to July in 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: routine group and human group. The routine group was treated with general nursing group and humanized group. Compare the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with their respective care services. Results: The satisfaction rate of the humanized group was 98.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(84.00%). The results were statistically different(P〈0.05).Conclusion: In the operating room care application of human care model, can improve patient satisfaction, reduce nurse-patient disputes, worthy of promotion.
