综合护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响观察

目的:探讨综合护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2016年5月～2017年5月冠心病患者80例,分为对照组与实验组,均为40例,对对照组患者给予常规护理,对实验组患者给予综合护理干预,然后比较分析2组患者护理后的生活质量评分及血脂、血压变化。结果:护理后实验组生活质量评分及血脂、血压变化均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病患者给予综合护理干预,能够有效提高患者生活质量及护理满意度,值得推广。

[objective]To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods.. in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017, 80 cases of coronary heart disease patients, divided into control group and experimental group, there were 40 cases, the control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, then a comparative analysis of score and the quality of life of 2 groups of patients with blood lipid, blood pressure changes after nursing. Results： after nursing in the experimental group the scores of quality of life and blood lipids, blood pressure changes were better than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion.. the coronary heart disease patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
