摘要
目的:研究蚯蚓肥对糯玉米品种——京科糯2000的产量与质量的影响,研发新型有机肥,延长蚯蚓生态养殖加工与废物资源化的产业链。方法:采用随机区组设计的方法,通过在大田分区设计3种肥料对京科糯2000的农艺性状效果分析,得出在不同基肥和追肥情况下蚯蚓肥对玉米的株高、茎粗、穗长、穗粗、穗粒数、出籽率、千粒重、产量等农艺性状的影响。结果:施用蚯蚓肥的平均株高达到234.80cm、产量107.86kg、千粒重均数355.32g、出籽率60.28%,均极显著地优于对照;前二者也极显著地高于常规有机肥,但后二者差异不明显。结论:蚯蚓肥处理的穗粒数、小区产量与常规有机肥及对照的差异达到极显著水平,蚯蚓肥是一种新型的高效有机肥。
Objective:This paper is to study the effects of worm-cast treatments on yield and quality of Jingke waxy corn variety-2000, and develop a new organic fertilizer so that the industrial chain of earthworm ecological breeding processing and waste recycling could be extended. Methods:Under field planting conditions, a field randomized block experiment was conducted to analyze the effects of different basal fertilizer(cow dung, conventional organic fertilizer, earthworm manure organic fertilizer) and different additional fertilizers on agronomic characters, such as stem length, stem diameter, ear length, ear coarse, grain number, rate of seed, thousand seed weight and yield.Results :For applying worm-cast, the average plant height is 234.80 cm, the yield is 107.86 kg, the 1000-grain weight average is 355.32 g, and the seed yield is 60.28 %, which are significantly better than the control. The former two are also significantly higher than that applying the conventional organic fertilizer, but the latter two are not. Conclusion:The seeds per ear and yield treated with worm-cast are significantly different from those treated by conventional organic fertilizer. Worm-cast is a new type of highly-efficient organic fertilizer.
