甘蔗生产全程机械化技术模式研究——“耕地+整地+种植”方式配套技术模式 被引量:7

摘要 在甘蔗生产全程机械化条件下,研究了8个"耕地+整地+种植"方式配套技术模式处理对甘蔗产量和品质形成的影响,结果表明:"深松50cm耕地+旋耕整地+120cm等行距种植"方式配套技术模式的处理效应最好,蔗茎产量和甘蔗蔗糖分显著优于其余7个处理,分别增幅7.91%~37.82%和0.33%~1.02%(绝对值。下同);其次是"深松50cm耕地+液压重耙整地+(1.4+0.4m)宽窄行种植"方式配套技术模式,蔗茎产量较其余6个处理增幅5.19%~27.72%、甘蔗蔗糖分较其余6个处理增幅0.14%~0.69%,差异达5%显著水平。深松耕方式的耕地效应优于深翻耕方式。 Under that condition of full mechanization of sugarcane production, 8 models of "plowing + harrowing + planting" were conducted to compare the effects of different models on the yield and quality of sugarcane. Results indicate that the model of "50 cm-deep loosening + rotary-tillage + 120 cm-line spacing" has the best effect on the yield and sucrose content, which are increasing by 7.91%-37.82% and 0.33%-1.02%(absolute value. similarly hereinafter) higher respectively than those of other seven models; the model of " 50 cm-deep loosening + mechanical heavy harrowing +1.4 m-big line spacing + 0.4 m-line spacing" is in the second place, whose yield and sucrose content can reach 5.19%-27.72% and 0.14%-0.69% and higher respectively than other six models. The effect of deep loosening is better than that of plowing with moldboard.
