摘要
基于教学工作诊断与改进制度视角,在对系部专业进行诊断发现的问题基础上,结合系部专业发展实际,提出创新人才培养模式;打造合理的专业教学团队;结合学院规划,实施专业分类发展,强基创优;应用信息化教学手段,全面实现线上线下课程融合等四个发展建议。
Based on the teaching management improvement, this paper diagnoses the problems existing in the process of programs development of Management Department of GXVTC and puts forward some suggestions----a new training mode for innovative talents; building a reasonable professional teaching team is also being concerned; in line with the college planning, we try to implement the classification development of different programs, strengthen the basis and create excellence of those programs; applying information-based teaching methods to realize the integration of courses online and offline.
