跨境电商保税进口物流模式的应用研究

跨境电子商务已成为我国对外贸易的一种新型商业形态,海外直邮、集货直邮与保税进口是当今进口跨境电商的三大物流模式。通过研究海外直邮、集货直邮和保税进口三类进口跨境电商物流模式的流程和特点,归纳出保税进口物流模式独特的优势。既而从跨境电商网站平台开发和运营主体的特征入手,重点分析了保税进口物流模式在平台型跨境电商企业、自营型跨境电商企业以及国家试点城市跨境电商企业中的具体应用,并据此概括出当前保税进口物流模式的价值性和制约性。最后从商品质量的保障、商品品类的扩充、物流成本和风险的控制以及跨境物流服务水平的提高四个方面构建了跨境电商保税进口物流模式的优化方案。

Through the study of the process and characteristics of the three logistics patterns of import cross - border e - commerce, this paper sums up the unique advantages of bonded import logistics pattern. The based on cross - border e - commerce website platform development and the characteristics of operation main body, the cross - border e - commerce corporation is divided into platform cross - border e - commerce corporation, self operated cross - border e - commerce corporation and national pilot cities＇ cross - border e - commerce corporation. On the basis of cross - border e - commerce website platform development and its charactersistics of operation, this paper selectively analyzes the application of bonded import logistics pattern in these three types of cross - border e - commerce corporation and summarizes the value and limit of the bonded import logistics pattern. Finally, it constructs the optimization scheme of bonded import logistics pattern, from the commodity quality guarantee, merchandise category expansion, logistics cost and risk control and the improvement of cross - border logistics service level.
