培养创新型人才,是党和国家在新时期对高职院校提出的新要求,而教学与科研融合正是培养创新人才的必由之路。通过论述科教融合培养创新型人才的意义和实施路径,以汕头职业技术学院计算机系的人才培养模式为例,阐述科教融合培养创新型人才的实践与成效。

Training innovative talents is what the Party and our country require those Higher Vocational Colleges to do in this new era, and the integration of teaching and research is certainly the only and the necessary way to cultivate innovative talents. This paper discusses the significance and the implementation path of the integration of research and teaching to cultivate innovative talents. Taking the talent training mode of our computer department as an example, this paper expounds the practice and successful effect of the integration of science and education to cultivate innovative talents.
