高职院校与应用型本科衔接的问题及对策——以汕头职业技术学院中文专业为例

The Problems and Countermeasures of the Connection Between Higher Vocational Colleges and Applied Universities——Take the Chinese Major in Shantou Vocational and Technical College

高等职业教育作为新兴的一种高等教育类型,有其优越性和现代特色,但目前其最高学历仅为高职专科,不足以满足现代社会及学生日益勃发的学历要求,因此高职院校学生普遍有提升学历的愿望。我们以此为驱动力对汕头职业技术学院在校中文专业学生进行了问卷调查,考察学生的升学意愿及困境,从中分析"专本衔接"的人才培养计划是否具有必要性、针对性及可操作性,并在此基础上提出思考与对策。

Higher professional education as a new type of higher education has its advantages and modern features. But at present, its highest education is only higher vocational college, not enough to meet the requirements of modern society and students＇ increasing educational background. Therefore, students in higher vocational colleges generally have the desire to improve their education. In this way, we conducted a questionnaire survey of students majoring in Chinese in Shantou Polytechnic, and examined the students＇ willingness and difficulties in learning. This paper analyzes the necessity, pertinence and maneuverability of the talent training program of ＂this connection＂ and puts forward some thoughts and countermeasures on this basis.
