我国职业教育校企合作典型模式及案例分析

Typical Mode and Case Study of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Education in China

校企合作在我国职业教育领域已经得到广泛开展,其合作的范围和形式层出不穷,改革创新力度也都是前所未有。然而,从实际效果上看,目前的校企合作大多局限在浅层次、单一化的合作阶段,实施效果不尽人意。本研究通过梳理不同的校企合作典型模式,分析其优势与亮点,并结合实际案例进行分析与总结,突出我国校企合作的现状以及具有借鉴意义的典型经验。

School-enterprise cooperation has been widely carried out in the field of vocational education in China, and the scope and forms of cooperation emerge endlessly, and the intensity of reform and innovation is unprecedented. However, from the point of view of actual effect, the current cooperation between school and enterprise is mostly limited in the shallow level, and the implementation effect is not satisfactory. By combing different typical models of school-enterprise cooperation, analyzing its advantages and bright spots, and combining with practical cases to analyze and summarize, the paper highlights the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in China and the typical experience of reference.
