发达国家技术性贸易壁垒对中国机械及运输设备出口的影响及作用机制分析——基于引力模型的实证分析

The Impact of Technical Barriers to Trade on Export of China's Machinery and Transport Equipment——An Empirical Analysis Based on Gravity Model

在当前中国经济供给侧结构性改革不断深化、自贸区战略继续推进的背景下,研究中国机械及运输设备的出口问题具有现实意义。本文通过数据分析和文献综述,运用拓展的引力模型和GLS估计方法,结合中国机械及运输设备的显性比较优势指数计算,实证分析发达国家技术性贸易壁垒对中国机械及运输设备出口的影响和作用机制,得出主要结果——在现实中不能低估技术性贸易壁垒的正面效应,尤其是针对目前不具备比较优势的出口产品。

Under the background of the structural economic reform and PrA strategy of China, it is of great significance to research the export of Chinese machinery and transportation equipment. By using the extended Gravity Model , GLS estimation method and the revealed comparative advantage index of Chinese machinery and transportation equipment, this paper analyzes the impact of the TBT from the developed country on China＇s machinery and transport equipment export and its mechanism through data analysis and literature review. The main result is that we cannot underestimate the positive effect of technical barriers to trade, especially for the products which don＇ t have comparative advantage.
