摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是现今癌症热门生物标志物之一,最初在研究秀丽隐杆线虫发育过程中被发现。miRNA在诱导调控肿瘤发生发展方面的问题已有了众多的研究成果,特别在乳腺癌研究领域。本文综述了miRNA异常表达机制及异常表达后对乳腺癌发生、发展、转移的影响,为乳腺癌新诊断和治疗策略的制定提供基础理论依据。 MiRNAs, one of the most popular cancer relevant biomarkers today, were discovered 16 years ago initiated by development research of Caenorhabditis elegans. There were many studies about the miRNAs in the regulation of cancer, especially in the field of breast cancer. In this review, we provide a comprehensive overview of the mechanisms by which miRNAs are abnormally expressed and their effects on the development, progression and metastasis of breast cancer, which could provides basic theoretical foundation for new diagnostic and treatment strategies of breast cancer.
