摘要
非甾体抗炎药(nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDs)是临床常用的解热镇痛抗炎药,但胃肠道副反应多,尤以胃肠出血和穿孔为严重。NSAIDs可通过抑制环氧化酶的活性、增加游离胆盐、诱导细胞凋亡、增加诱导型NO含量、抑制细胞再生、直接损伤黏膜屏障等作用致胃肠损伤。了解NSAIDs致胃肠损伤的机制有助于NSAIDs相关性胃肠病的防治,本文就非甾体抗炎药胃肠道损伤机制做一综述。
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, NSAIDs) are commonly used for antipyretic and analgesic in clinical, while the gastrointestinal side effects especially in gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation is serious. NSAIDs can cause gastrointestinal damage by inhibiting the activity of cyclic oxidase, increasing free bile salts, inducing apoptosis, increasing the induced NO content, inhibiting cell regeneration, directing damage to mucosal barrier and so on. Understanding the mechanisms of NSAIDs to gastrointestinal injury is helpful to the prevention and treatment of NSAIDs associated gastrointestinal disorders. In the article, we have reviewed the progress of the mechanism of gastrointestinal injury induced by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
