摘要 CCN1即富半胱氨酸61(cysteine rich 61,Cyr61),是CCN家族成员之一,可与多种因子相互作用,是一种重要的细胞外基质调节因子。其与肝素及多种细胞整合素结合,在细胞黏附、迁移与增殖,以及血管生成、炎症反应和组织重构等生理、病理过程中发挥重要的调节作用。本文主要对CCN1与肝脏疾病的研究进展予以综述。分别对CCN1的结构和功能进行介绍,并进一步探讨了CCN1在肝损伤、肝纤维化、肝细胞癌的作用及可能机制,为研究和治疗肝病提供新思路。 CCN1, cysteine rich 61(Cyr61), is one of the members of the CCN family and interacts with a variety of factors. It is an important extracellular matrix modulator that integrates with heparin and a variety integrin of cell. It plays an important regulatory role in cell adhesion, migration and proliferation, as well as angiogenesis, inflammatory response and tissue remodeling and other physiological and pathological processes. This article reviews the progress of CCN1 and liver disease. The structure and function of CCN1 are introduced, and the role and possible mechanism of CCN1 in liver injury, liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) are further discussed, in order to offer new ideas for further exploration of liver disease.
