Discussion on coating technology of anti-fog flash for electric locomotives

摘要 通过对电力机车车顶高压设备在雾霾天气中闪络放电原因的深入研究分析,制定了应对措施。采用硅橡胶绝缘涂料提高车顶高压设备的绝缘强度,加强机车的防雾闪性能,从而有效降低机车的故障率和维修成本。 Through the deep research and analysis of the causes of flashover discharge for roof high-voltage equipment of electric locomotives in hazy weather,the solutions are formulated. The adoption of silicone rubber insulating paint can improve the insulating strength of roof high-voltage equipment and enhance the locomotive anti-fog flash performance. So the failure rate and maintenance cost of the locomotives are effectively reduced.
