原发性肺睾丸核蛋白中线癌临床罕见，恶性程度高，侵袭性强，缺乏有效治疗手段，预后差。该肿瘤具有独特分子遗传学改变，伴有睾丸核蛋白基因重排。对于年轻、无吸烟史、临床病情进展快的中央型肺癌患者，应警惕该病可能。本文对原发性肺睾丸核蛋白中线癌的发病机制、临床特征、诊断标准和治疗手段的研究进展作一综述。

Primary pulmonary nuclear protein in testis midline carcinoma is a rare, aggressive, poor prognosis disease without effective treatment. It is characterized by chromosomal rearrangements that involve the gene encoding the nuclear protein of the testis. It usually presents in the nonsmoking young patients with rapid progression. This article reviews the research advances in pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnostic criteria and treatment of this malignant tumor.
