摘要
本文介绍交流变频器能耗制动、回馈制动的基本原理和主要特点,分析在采煤机上应用的技术关键,提出在煤层倾角较大的综采工作面上,采用回馈制动的四象限交流变频器是较合理的选择。
This paper introduces the basic principle and main features of dynamic braking and feedback braking of AC frequency converter,analyzes the technical keys applied to shearers,and points out that the application of4-quadrant AC frequency converter with feedback braking is a comparatively reasonable choice for fully mechanized coal face in steeply inclined seams.
