针灸与身痛逐瘀汤联用治疗风湿关节痛的效果及对患者VAS评分的影响研究

Study on the effect of acupuncture combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and the effect on VAS score of patients

目的探讨风湿关节痛采用针灸与身痛逐瘀汤联合治疗的临床效果及对患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的影响。方法 108例风湿关节痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组54例。对照组给予单一针灸治疗,观察组在针灸治疗基础上联合身痛逐瘀汤联合治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及VAS评分。结果两组治疗前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1、2个月的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率94.44%高于对照组的79.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予风湿关节痛患者针灸联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗,可以提高治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical and visual analogue scale（VAS） score effect of acupuncture combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 108 rheumatoid arthritis patients as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture only, and the observation group was treated Combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction on the basis of acupuncture. Comparison were made on treatment effect and VAS score between the two groups. Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference in VAS score before treatment（P〉0.05）. The observation group had lower VAS score after 1 and 2 months of treatment than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 94.44% than 79.63% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and Shentong Zhuyu decoction can improve the treatment effect of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
