人性化护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后恢复的意义研究

Study on significance of humanized nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨人性化护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后恢复的意义。方法 80例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上使用人性化护理干预。比较两组患者术后恢复情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.0%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后恢复具有重要意义,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the significance of humanized nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 80 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received humanized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The postoperative recovery condition in two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had higher total treatment effective rate as 95.0% than 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention shows great significance on postoperative recovery of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
