现浇混凝土悬挑梁脚手架新技术工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 悬挑式脚手架是建筑业10项推广新技术之一,当多层或高层建筑在施工过程中场地条件受到限制,或施工进度较紧的情况下便于使用。以往悬挑脚手架的悬挑梁多采用槽钢作为悬挑基础梁,现浇混凝土悬挑梁脚手架的工程应用实践尚属工程新技术、新工艺。本文结合广州市香江商业综合楼工程实例将现浇混凝土悬挑梁脚手架这一新技术的工程应用进行了详细讲述,包括工程实践背景、外架混凝土悬挑梁配筋计算、搭设和拆除技术要求等内容。 Cantilever scaffold is one of the 10 popularizing technologies in the construction indus- try. When multi-storey or high-rise buildings are limited in the construction process or the construction schedule is relatively tight, it is easy to use. In the past, channel cantilevered beam was used as the cantilever beam of cantilever scaffold. The engineering practice of cast-in-place concrete cantilever beam scaffold is still a new technology and technology of engineering. Combined with the engineering example of Xiangjiang commercial complex building in Guangzhou, the engineering application of the new technology of cast-in-place concrete cantilever beam scaffold is discussed in detail, including the engineering application background, the calculation of reinforced concrete cantilever beam reinforce- ment, the erection and demolition technical requirements and so on.
