寒地睡眠舒适性主观评价指标适用性研究

摘要 探究寒地农宅睡眠热舒适及睡眠质量问题,对严寒地区不同建筑形态的100户256名居民进行实地调研,根据匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、热感觉ASHRAE七点指标量表、热舒适五点标尺量表进行调查,并自定义寒地各调查量表。采用SPSS 20.0软件对睡眠质量评价结果进行分析,结果表明寒地居民存在睡眠问题达25.4%,而且随着室内环境温度升高呈现先减少再升高的趋势。 Explore the problems of sleep thermal comfort and sleep quality in cold farming houses, 256 residents of 100 families with different architectural forms in cold regions were investigated on the spot, and the pittsburgh sleep quality Index (Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index) was used. The thermal sensation ASHRAE seven-point index scale, the thermal comfort five-point scale scale were investigat- ed, and each survey scale was self-defined. The results of sleep quality evaluation were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. The results showed that there was a sleep problem of 25.4g in the cold region, and with the increase of indoor temperature, it decreased first and then increased.
