SonixGPS超声定位系统引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗无积水肾结石的临床应用 被引量:2

Clinical Application of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy under the Guidance of SouixGPS Ultrasound Positioning System in the Treatment of Hydronephrosis

摘要 目的:探讨SonixGPS(超声实时定位系统)超声引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石术(percutaneous nephrolithotomy.PNL)治疗无积水肾结石的临床应用价值。方法:我院60例无积水肾结石患者分为SonixGPS超声组(A组)和二维超声组(B组),每组各30例,对比2组术中、术后出血、手术时间、结石残余率等相关指标。结果:2组患者的手术时间、结石残余率无统计学意义(P〉0.05);B组术中、术后出血多,穿刺次数多,血红蛋白下降明显高于A组(P〈0.05),有统计学意义。结论:SonixGPS超声组和二维超声组PNL治疗无积水肾结石疗效相似,SonixGPS超声定位系统可以实时跟踪穿刺轨迹,能快速、准确的穿刺目标肾盏,减少手术的出血量,特别是时于无积水肾结石更适用,对于初学者尤为有益。 Objectiv: To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound guided percntaneous nephrolithotomy (SonixGPS)in the treatment of renal calculi without hydronephrosis. Methods: 60 patients without hydronephrosis were divided into SonixGPS ultrasound group ( group A) and two -dimensional ultrasound group (group B), 30 cases in each group,The intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, operation time, stone residual rate and other related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the operation time, the rate of residual stones in two groups ( P 〉 0.05) ; B group of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, number of puncture, hemoglobin decreased significantly higher than that of group A (P 〈 0.05 ), there was statistical significance. Conclusion: SonixGPS ultrasound and two - dimensional ultrasound group PNL treatment efficacy of renal calculi is similar to water, real - time track- ing trajectory can puncture SonixGPS ultrasonic location system, can quickly and accurately puncture target calyx, decrease amount of bleeding, especially for renal calculi without hydronephrosis, particularly useful for beginners.
