小波分析与铁谱技术在滚动轴承状态监测中的综合应用

摘要 文中分析了铁谱技术在滚动轴承状态监测中存在的不足,指出振动监测技术更加适合于滚动轴承的状态监测。通过分析用于滚动轴承状态监测的共振解调技术,指出滚动轴承不同元件的故障特征频率不同,用共振解调技术对滚动轴承进行状态监测时就需要具有不同中心频率的带通滤波器,使得检测线路及设备过于复杂。而小波分析技术仅通过采用不同的尺度因子,即可实现具有不同中心频率和带宽的带通滤波器,对振动信号在不同的频率范围内进行分析,刚好可以弥补上述方法的不足。文中给出了用小波分析技术及铁谱技术对滚动轴承状态监测一个例子。 In this paper,the disadvantage of ferrography technique in state monitoring of rolling bearing is analyzed,and the vibration monitoring technique which is more suited for the state monitoring of rolling bear-ing is pointed out.The characteristic of demodulated resonance technique used in state monitoring of rolling bearing was reviewed.It was found that the band elimination suppression filter having different center frequen-cy for different failure diagnostic frequency of different element was needed.This makes the testing circuit and equipment sophisticated.Wavelet analysis,however,can get band elimination suppression filter having dif-ferent center frequency and frequency bandwidth by adopting different frequency factor.This can overcome the shortcoming of demodulated resonance technique.One example was provided that applying wavelet analysis technique and ferrography technique for state monitoring of rolling bearing.
