Education is an effective way to deal with the challenge of population aging and promote the positive and healthy development of the aging society. Based on the age stratification theory, the active aging theory and the people-oriented theory,the demand of the elderly education is more concerned. At present, there is a strong demand of the elderly education, which presents the characteristics of various forms, rich contents and distinct layers. By contrast, problems emerge from the market of the elderly education, such as prominent contradiction between supply and demand, low budget, poor quality and the defects of laws and regulations.
