摘要
为解决设计过程中,三位四通方向阀设计周期长、加工成本高等问题,提出一种基于SimulationX和Simulink的仿真测试平台。在SimulationX中搭建三位四通阀的仿真模型,将模型导入到Simulink中进行仿真,根据仿真数据自动绘制出三位四通方向阀在时域和频域的特性曲线,最后将仿真曲线与实验所得曲线进行了对比。结果表明:该平台能较好地模拟阀的真实工作特性,对设计和生产具有指导意义。
In the design process of three-position four-way directional valve,long design cycle and high cost of processing have a significant fluence. To solve these problems,a test platform based on SimulationX and Simulink software was proposed. The hydraulic system model of the valve was established by using SimulationX and it was imported into Simulink. Then the characteristics of this valve was discussed respectively in time domain and frequency domain. Finally,the simulated feature curves were compared with the experimental curves. The research shows that: the platform can be used to simulate the real valve operating characteristics and has a good guidance to design and production.
