摘要
详细论述往复快走丝线切割机床电极丝张力恒定的重要性和影响电极丝张力变化的因素。介绍目前在用的手动紧丝、重锤和弹簧加载张力的方式,并分析这些方式的优缺点。阐述线切割电极丝张力控制系统的设计要求,系统需要能即时自适应电极丝张力变化,为此提出电机伺服驱动和电液伺服驱动的技术方案,并分析这两种方案的实现方式和急需解决的张力信号选取和系统抗干扰的技术问题。
Reciprocating high speed wire-EDM tool was discussed in detail,including the importance of wire electrode tension constant and the influencing factors of wire electrode tension changes. Current tighting wire methods,namely manual wire,heavy hammer and spring loaded tension,were introduced while the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were analyzed. The design requirements for high speed wire-EDM tool tension control system were illustrated,the system needed to real-time adapt to wire electrode tension changes. Therefore the motor servo drive and electric hydraulic servo drive technology solutions were put forward,and the implementation of these two kinds of solution method and the technical problems needed to resolve were analyzed.
