摘要 对FANUC 0I MF新型系统调试过程中出现的找不到急停信号,梯图及I/O模块无法编辑,FSSB无法自动设置,主轴、伺服电压充电异常等故障现象及其解决思路进行了分析和阐述,对数控系统调试过程进行了总结。 The fault phenomena in the debugging process of FANUC 0I MF system,including the stop signal could not be found,ladder diagram and I/O module could not be edited,FSSB could not be set automatically,abnormalities of the spindle and servo charging voltage,were analyzed and the solutions were expounded. The debugging process of the NC system was summarized.
