摘要
当前火电机组与储能系统联合自动发电控制(AGC)调频技术在我国电力行业发展迅猛。本文介绍了该技术的基本原理、典型方案、控制过程以及实际工程效果,探讨了储能系统接入对火电机组电气系统的影响和储能电池的选型问题,并分析了该技术工程应用的投资及收益。分析结果表明:火电机组与储能系统联合AGC调频技术效果显著,经济收益较好;储能系统的接入对火电机组的控制系统和电气系统基本无影响;磷酸铁锂电池作为储能系统电池较有优势。本文为火电机组与储能系统联合AGC调频技术的实际工程应用提供了参考。
Currently, the automatic generation control(AGC) frequency modulation technology for the combination of thermal power unit and energy storage system is booming in the power industry of China. This study introduces the basic principle, the typical scheme, control process and practical engineering effect of this technology. And the impact of energy storage system access on the electrical system of thermal power units and the selection of energy storage batteries are discussed. In addition, the investment and profit of the engineering application of this technology are analyzed. The results show the AGC frequency modulation technology for the combination of thermal power unit and energy storage system has a significant effect and good economic benefits. And the energy storage system access has basically no effect on the control system and the electrical system of thermal power units. Besides, lithium iron phosphate battery has advantages as a battery of energy storage system. This study provides a reference for engineering application of the AGC frequency modulation technology for the combination of thermal power unit and energy storage system.
