摘要
针对华能威海发电有限责任公司6号超超临界680 MW燃煤机组,采用高速小汽轮机配套减速器加变频发电机技术向锅炉三大风机(一次风机、送风机和引风机各2台,共6台)提供稳定的工作电源,驱动锅炉三大风机变转速运行,提高了机组各负荷工况下三大风机的运行效率。自辅机统调动力源投运后,系统安全可靠。试验数据表明,厂用电率下降1.52百分点,供电煤耗下降7.1 g/(k W·h),取得了较好的经济效益。该电厂节能技术集成应用成果可为计划或将要实施节能降耗技术改造的燃煤电厂提供经验,具有一定参考价值。
In the number 6 ultra-supercritical 680 MW coal-fired generation units of Huaneng Weihai Power Generation Co., Ltd., the high-speed steam turbine equipped with the reducer and variable frequency generator technology provides a stable working power for three boiler fans and then drives them operation with variable speed. Three boiler fans consist of total 6 units: 2 primary fans, 2 blowers and 2 induced draft fans. This system greatly improves the operating efficiency of the three boiler fans under different load conditions. Since auxiliary tracking power source has been put into operation, the system is safe and reliable. Tests data show that the power consumption rate decreases by 1.52 percent point, and the power supply coal consumption declines to 7.1 g/(k W·h), which realizes significant economic benefits. This integrated application of energy-saving technology can provide experience for coal-fired power plants that are planning or implementing this technology, which has good reference value.
