全磷渣胶结充填对环境的影响及其资源化利用

摘要 全磷渣胶结充填能够解决磷石膏地表堆存问题,但是其骨料主要是磷石膏,不仅含有磷酸盐、重金属和硫酸盐等,还具有一定的辐射性,对环境会产生负面影响。因此,本文概述了全磷渣胶结充填的相关理论,通过对不同年份全磷渣胶结充填区域渗滤水中污染物含量的测定,探究了其变化规律。研究结果表明,全磷渣胶结充填能够更好地固结磷石膏中的污染物,具有很高的推广价值和应用前景。 Full-phosphorous slag cementation can solve the surface sedimentation problem of phosphogypsum, but its aggregate is mainly phosphogypsum, which not only contains phosphate, heavy metals, and sulfates, but also has certain radiation, which will have a negative impact on the environment. Therefore, this article summarizes the related theory of full-phosphorous residue cementation filling. Through the determination of contaminant content in the percolation water of the cemented filling zone of all-phosphorus slag in different years, the change rule is explored. The results of the study showed that the full phosphorus slag cementation can better consolidate the pollutants in the phosphogypsum, which has a very high promotion value and application prospects.
