摘要
亚硝酸盐氮在水中变化较快,易被氧化还原而遭受损失,使得结果偏低。为了快速准确检测出废水中亚硝酸盐氮的含量,有必要对检测亚硝酸盐氮的离子色谱法和N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺光度法进行比较。对两种方法的水样预处理、校准曲线绘制和实际水样测定分别进行对比,结果表明,N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺光度法速度快,检测成本低。
Nitrite nitrogen changes rapidly in water and is liable to be reduced by oxidation and reduction, which makes the result low. In order to quickly and accurately detect the nitrite nitrogen content in the wastewater, it is necessary to compare the ion chromatographic method for the detection of nitrite nitrogen with the N-(1-naphthyl)-ethylenediamine photometric method. The water sample pretreatment, calibration curve drawing and actual water sample measurement of the two methods were compared respectively. The results show that N-(1-naphthyl)-ethylenediamine has a fast speed and low detection cost.
