浑河中上游河段有机污染物的测定及评估

Determination and Assessment of Organic Pollutants in the Upper and Middle Reaches of Hunhe River

摘要 以串联极性与非极性固相萃取柱提取,气相色谱-质谱联用法测定浑河中上游水体中有机污染物质,并应用改进潜在风险指数法筛选优先控制有机污染物。结果表明,浑河中酞酸酯类(PAEs)总浓度均值为53.54μg/L,部分采样点邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯大约是地表水环境质量标准限值的10倍;苯酚类总浓度均值为12.57μg/L,大于地表水环境质量标准Ⅳ类水挥发酚限值;监测范围内常见多环芳烃(PAHs)总浓度为2.67~7.79μg/L,苯并(a)蒽均值为0.11μg/L。 The organic contaminants in upper and middle reaches of Hunhe River were extracted using polar and nonpolar solid phase extraction column connected in series and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrography(GC-MS). Modified potential hazard index method was applied to filter prior controlled organic pollutants. The data demonstrate that the mean total concentration of phthalate esters(PAEs) in Hunhe River is 53.54 μg/L and Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DOP) concentrations in some sampling plots are about 10 times higher than the limited value of Chinese surface water quality standard. The mean total concentration of phenolic compounds is 12.57 μg/L and larger than limited volatile phenol value of Grade Ⅳ water quality. In monitoring range, the total concentrations of common polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) are from 2.67 to 7.79 μg/L and the average concentration of benz(a)anthracene is 0.11 μg/L.
