摘要 以苏州某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂为例,本文分析并评价了其污/废水利用现状,然后研究了该垃圾发电厂的污/废水"零排放"工艺设计。首先,生活污水排到渗滤液站合并处理;其次,渗滤液经DTRO减量化系统再浓缩处理后,产生的浓水经MVR(机械式蒸汽再压缩技术)处理,最终少量浓缩液回喷于锅炉。渗滤液处理后的出水回用于厂内循环冷却水补水等用水点,从而实现污/废水的零排放。 Taking a municipal solid waste incineration power plant in Suzhou as an example, this paper analyzes and evaluates its current status of sewage/wastewater utilization, and then studies the zero discharge process design of sewage/waste water in the garbage power plant. First, domestic sewage is discharged to the leachate station for consolidation. Secondly, after the leachate was re-concentrated by the DTRO reduction system, the concentrated water produced was treated by MVR(Mechanical Vapor Recompression), and finally a small amount of concentrate was sprayed back to the boiler. The leachate-treated effluent is reused in the plant to circulate cooling water and other water points, so as to achieve zero discharge of sewage/waste water.
