摘要 近年来,为了应对日益严峻的大气污染,我国燃煤电厂纷纷加装选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝装置。但是,该技术在使用过程中出现了催化剂磨损、空气预热器堵塞、脱硝系统迫退等现象,其中以空预器堵塞最为频发和严重。本文在分析空预器堵塞原因的基础上,综述了近年来我国为解决空预器堵塞而采取的相关措施,如省煤器的分级改造、SCR脱硝装置的喷氨优化、空气预热器的改造等。 In recent years, in order to cope with the increasingly severe air pollution, coal fired power plants in China have installed selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitrification equipment. However, during the use of the technology, catalyst wear, air preheater blockage and denitration system forced to retreat. Based on the analysis of the reasons for blockage of air preheater, this paper summarizes the relevant measures taken by China to solve the blockage of air preheater in recent years, such as grading transformation of economizer, optimization of ammonia injection for SCR denitration plant and modification of air preheater.
