摘要
啤酒生产过程中产生大量废水,污水站作为废水处理点,在保证外排水达标排放的基础上,还必须利用现有设备从废水源头开始控制,降低污水处理的运行成本,想方设法节能降耗。本文通过梳理污水处理流程,从统筹生产排产、技改设备、优化工艺、制度先行、运行厌氧系统等方面对污水的酸碱消耗、电耗进行优化,以达到节能降耗、获得良好经济效益的目的。
Beer production produces a large number of waste water. Sewage station as a waste water treatment point, on the basis of the up-to-standard discharge of external drainage, must use the existing equipment to control waste water from the source, reduce the cost of sewage water treatment, and try to save energy consumption. Based on the process of sewage treatment, this paper optimizes the acid-alkali consumption and power consumption of sewage from the aspects of overall production scheduling, technical renovation equipment, optimization process, system advance and operation anaerobic system, so as to achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption and obtaining good economic benefits.
