摘要 做好重点危险废物的污染环境防治工作,是促进相关行业可持续发展的客观要求。本文以河南省铅锌冶炼企业为研究对象,在分析铅锌冶炼生产企业的生产工艺、产废环节、产废系数、基本规律及非正常工况(如设备检修等)等主要因素的基础上,探究了危险废物的产生规律。同时,提出危险废物的处置管理方法与对策,以期推动环保部门和铅锌冶炼企业做好危险废物环境管理工作。 It is an objective requirement for the sustainable and healthy development of the related industries to do a good job in the prevention and control of the environmental pollution of key hazardous wastes. Taking the lead and zinc smelting enterprises in Henan Province as the research object, this paper analyzes the main factors such as production technology, production and waste links, production and waste coefficient, basic rules and abnormal conditions, such as equipment maintenance and so on, and explores the law of the occurrence of hazardous wastes. At the same time, the management methods and Countermeasures of hazardous waste disposal are put forward in order to promote environmental protection departments and lead-zinc smelting enterprises to manage hazardous waste environmental management.
