摘要
本文根据危险废物回转窑焚烧系统发生的除尘器滤袋烧毁事故,从除尘器装置与工艺控制角度对事故原因进行全面分析。可燃组分、静电放电火花、氧气是事故发生的直接原因,风、火、料焚烧工艺控制不当是事故发生的间接原因。基于分析结论,笔者提出了回转窑焚烧系统工艺合理控制的建议。
In this paper, the accident of filter bag burning in the hazardous wastes incineration system with the rotary kiln is analyzed. The cause of the accident is comprehensively analyzed from the aspect of dust collector and process control. The flammable components, electrostatic discharge sparks and oxygen are the direct factors of accidents. The indirect factors of accidents is the improper control of incineration process on the wind, fire and materials. Based on the conclusion of analysis, the author put forward some suggestions on the reasonable process control in the rotary kiln incineration system.
