摘要
热腐蚀是热障涂层失效的重要因素之一,目前有关热障涂层热腐蚀形貌的演变规律及机理的研究少有报道。利用大气等离子体喷涂在GH4049合金表面制备了Y_2O_3-ZrO_2热障涂层,进行了不同时间的热腐蚀测试。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对热障涂层热腐蚀前后的表面、截面形貌进行了观察,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对涂层热腐蚀前后的成分进行了分析。结果表明:热腐蚀20 h,腐蚀产物为颗粒、块状及短棒状;热腐蚀超过40 h,腐蚀产物呈现束状;热腐蚀后,ZrO_2由四方相向单斜相转变,且随着时间的延长,转变程度增加。
As one of important factors to affect the failure of thermal barrier coatings, the hot corrosion behavior of thermal barrier coatings is worthy to further studying. In this work, the Y2O3-ZrO2 thermal barrier coatings on GH4049 alloys were fabricated by atmospheric plasma spraying. Scanning electron microscopy was employed to observe the surface and cross-sectional morphologies of thermal barrier coatings before and after hot corrosion, and X- ray diffractometer was used to examine the phase component of thermal barrier coatings after hot corrosion. Results showed that the corrosion products were shown in the morphologies of particles and short rods after 20 h of hot corrosion. Exceeding to 40 h of hot corrosion, the corrosion products were bundle- like. After the hot corrosion, the phase transformation of ZrO2 changed from tetragonal zirconia into monoclinic zirconia, and the degree of phase transformation increased with the prolonging hot corrosion time.
