摘要
为了得到寿命长、性能好的钛基Pb O_2电极,采用不同的酸(盐酸、硫酸和草酸)在不同温度下酸蚀钛基材,之后在基材表面电镀Pb O_2。通过表面形貌分析了酸种类以及酸蚀温度(80℃)对钛基材表面性能的影响,采用热震和加速寿命试验测试Pb O_2镀层与基体之间的结合力,并对钛基Pb O_2电极的电化学性能进行了分析,研究了基材前处理酸蚀对钛基Pb O_2电极性能的影响。结果表明,20%(质量分数)HCl在90℃的条件下酸蚀2 h的钛基体与Pb O_2镀层结合力最好,且电极电化学性能最优。
In order to obtain good-property and long-life titanium-based lead dioxide electrode, different acids (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and oxalic acid) were adopted for acid-etching Ti substrate and then lead dioxide was electroplated on it. The effects of the type of acids and the acid etching temperature on the properties of the titanium-based surface were analyzed through the surface morphology analysis, and the ad-hesion between the coating and the substrate was assessed by thermal shock experiment and accelerated life test. Besides, the electrochemical properties of titanium-based lead dioxide electrode were analyzed and the effects of different acid etch pre - treatments on the properties of titanium-based lead dioxide electrode were studied. Results showed that the adhesion and the electrochemical performance of titaniumbased lead dioxide electrode were the best under the pretreatment with 20%( mass fraction) HCl at 90℃ for 2 h treatment.
