轻型发动机用全有机发动机试机液的研制

摘要 为开发适用于东风轻型发动机的专用发动机试机液,以乙二醇和去离子水作为发动机试机液的基础液,添加有机二元羧酸、苯三唑类缓蚀剂、高低饱和蒸气压复配型气相防锈剂等添加剂进行调配,研制出一种专用于轻型发动机的全有机试机液,通过了Q板防锈试验、玻璃器皿腐蚀试验、自建的铸铁气液相防锈试验及发动机厂试机试验。结果表明,研制的发动机试机液具有良好的防腐蚀及防锈性能,且具有较长的使用寿命。 With ethylene glycol and deionizde water as the basis fluid of engine test fluid, a novel engine test fluid dedicating to the lightweight engine was developed by adding organic diearboxylie acid, benzotriazole, mixed high and low saturated vapor pressure vapor-phase rust inhibitor and other additives. The Q panel rust prevention test, the glass corrosion experiment, the liquid vapor phase rust experiment for cast iron and the engine commissioning test were passed. Results showed that the developed test fluid possessed good performance of corrosion-inhibiting and had a long service life.
