薄壁钢管冲孔的“半无芯模”冲模设计

Design of Piercing Die with the "Incomplete Core" for the Thin Walled Steel Tubes

对于壁厚在0.5~3mm的薄壁钢管的冲孔,一般都是采用"有芯模"冲模或"无芯模"冲模。但是,对于那些孔管径比(孔径/管径)是较大的零件的冲孔,根据对孔的要求,有不少是不适合用这两种模具的。对此,进行了分析、研究,设计了一种称之为"半无芯模"冲模结构。经实践检验,效果良好。

For the piercing of thin walled steel tubes with wall thickness of 0.5 to 3mm,thepunching die of ＂core die＂ or ＂core free die＂ are generally used. However,for the hole/pipediameter ratio is larger parts punching,according to the requirements of the hole,many are notsuitable for the use of these two kinds of die. For this reason,this article has carried out analysisand research,a punching die called ＂incomplete core＂ was designed.After use,the effect was good.
