摘要
以某车型冲压件模具转线为研究对象,对手工线模具结构进行工艺可行性分析,对模具自动化线生产所需满足的设备工装条件进行验证。介绍了手工线模具料检感应器、定位的改造,模具改造后的上线调试验证,手工线转自动化线模具生产的注意事项。模具自动化生产线对提高汽车冲压件质量和生产节拍效率,降低公司动能开发成本具有重要推广意义。
Taking the turning line of stamping die for a certain model as the research object,the process feasibility analysis of manual line die structure was carried out, the equipment andtooling conditions needed to meet the production of automatic line of die were analyzed. throughthe modification of material inspection sensors and positioning of manual line die, on-linedebugging and verification after the modification of die, the matters needing attention andtechnical discussion of manual line turning automatic line die production were elaborated in thispaper. It is of great significance to improve the product quality and production rhythm efficiencyof automobile stamping parts and reduce the cost of kinetic energy development.
