摘要
在电火花加工中电极相对于工件的定位精度直接影响电火花加工精度。在分析传统的电极直接接触感知工件的定位方法的基础上,探讨了基准球的使用方法,使电火花加工中电极的定位更加精确,从而有助于提高电火花加工工件的精度。
The positioning precision of electrode relative to the workpiece in EDM,whichdirectly affects the precision of EDM,is very important. In the traditional electrode positioningprocess, the electrode is directly touched to the workpiece. Based on the analysis of thetraditional location method, In this paper, the method of electrode location using datum ball isdiscussed, which makes the electrode positioning more accurate in EDM.
