摘要
为了能够在实际生产中提高材料利用率和生产效率,借助DEFORM-3D有限元法模拟了TC4钛合金热电池筒等温挤压成形过程,分析了不同的挤压速度对变形材料等效应力,应变分布的影响。结果表明:挤压速度为3mm/s时,等效应变数值较小,热电池筒变形相对均匀。
In order to improve material utilization and production efficiency in actualproduction, DEFORM-3D finite element method was used to simulate the isothermal extrudingprocess of TC4 titanium alloy thermoelectric tank, and the influence of different extruding speedon the equivalent stress and strain distribution of deformed material was analyzed. The resultsshow that when the extruding speed is 3mm/s, the equal effect value is smaller and thedeformation of the thermoelectric tank is relatively uniform.
