Through the comparative formal analysis of Huagang Teahouse, the Four Heavenly Kings Hall in Foding Temple, the primitive hut and Helou Pavilion, this paper attempts to explore the architectural relevance of these buildings, and review Fung Jizhong＇s reflections on prototype, nature and the origin of architecture,
