摘要
依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和CNAS-GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》规定的测量不确定度的方法,建立ICPMS法测定沉积物中镍的不确定度评定方法,对测量过程中各不确定度分量进行分析和计算,得出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,该方法测定过程中的不确定度主要来源于样品重复性测量产生的不确定度、标准曲线拟合产生的不确定度及电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测量产生的不确定度。在实际操作中,可用于指导检测质量的控制,对提高测定结果的准确性和可靠性有重要意义。
According to JJF1059.1-2012 "measurement uncertainty evaluation and expression" and CNAS-GL06 "guide for evaluation of uncertainty in chemical analysis", the method of measurement uncertainty is provided. The uncertainty evaluation method for Determining Nickel in sediments is established by ICPMS. The uncertainty components in the measurement process are analyzed and calculated, and the standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are obtained. The results show that the uncertainty in the determination of this method mainly comes from the uncertainty of the sample repeatability measurement and the uncertainty of the standard curve fitting as well as the measurement of ICP-MS. This can be used to guide the detection quality in testing process,and is of great significance to improving the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
