围绕冬季减霾,探索实践农村清洁取暖的路子

2015年5月,滨州市环保局向阳信县温店镇前闫张村派驻"第一书记",担负脱贫帮扶工作。两年间,第一书记一方面带领村民脱贫攻坚,一方面利用专业优势,结合当前农村冬季燃煤污染和国家清洁取暖政策的实际,深入调研,提出了"321清洁取暖工程"的思路。在扶贫村的幸福院建设工程试点完成后,第一书记亲自入住体验,记录分析,取得了良好效果。2017年,海南大学在校生利用寒假社会实践的机会进行了社会调研,共同形成了调研报告。2017年4月,前闫张村注册了模块销售和建筑公司,签约为东营海容公司的滨州区域唯一代理,它成为帮扶村的重要致富项目。

In May 2015, the Binzhou Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau sent ＂first secretary＂ to Yangxin County Wendianzhen Qianyanzhangcun to take on the work of poverty relief and assistance.In the past two years, the first secretary, on the one hand, led the villagers to tackle poverty and tackled difficulties. After the completion of the project for the construction of happy homes in the village of poverty alleviation, the first secretary personally checked in and recorded analysis and achieved good results. In 2017, the students of Hainan University took advantage of the social practice of winter vacation to conduct a social investigation and jointly formed a survey report. In April 2017, Qianyanzhangcun registered module sales and construction company, signed as the sole agent in Binzhou region, Dongying Hairong Company, has become an important project of helping the village to get rich.
