乌鲁木齐市机动车尾气污染治理分析

近几年,乌鲁木齐市机动车保有量显著增加,本文对机动车污染物排放量、污染物浓度及机动车密度进行比较分析。目前,乌鲁木齐市积极开展机动车污染防治管理工作,却存在不少问题。笔者建议,实行机动车总量控制,加快黄标车淘汰进度,完善机动车环境管理体系。这样可以减少机动车污染物排放,促进乌鲁木齐市空气质量持续改善。

In recent years, the number of motor vehicles in Urumqi has increased significantly. This paper makes a comparative analysis of vehicle emission, pollutant concentration and vehicle density. At present, Urumqi has actively carried out the management of the prevention and control of motor vehicle pollution, but there are many problems. The author suggests that the total amount control of motor vehicles should be carried out, the elimination progress of the Yellow standard vehicle is accelerated and the environmental management system of the motor vehicle is perfected. This can reduce the emission of vehicle pollutants and promote the continuous improvement of the air quality in Urumqi.
