芳香新塔花总黄酮抗氧化活性研究

Antioxidant Activity of Total Flavonoids From Ziziphora clinopodioides

以芳香新塔花为试材,采用Al Cl3比色法测定芳香新塔花总黄酮含量,并通过DPPH自由基(DPPH·)法、羟基自由基(·OH)法和测定还原能力的方法评价其抗氧化能力。结果表明:芦丁在0.009 6~0.033 6 mg·m L-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.78%(RSD为1.30%),芳香新塔花中总黄酮含量为40 mg·g-1;芳香新塔花总黄酮对DPPH·、·OH的清除作用及其还原力在同等条件下与维生素C相比较弱,且在试验浓度范围内抗氧化能力和浓度存在良好的量效关系,可见芳香新塔花总黄酮具有良好的体外抗氧化活性。

Ziziphora clinopodioides was used as materials,AlCl3 colorimetric method was used to determine the content of total flavonoids from Ziziphora clinopodioides.The antioxidant ability was evaluated by DPPH free radical （DPPH？）,hydroxyl radical （？OH） and reduction ability methods.The results showed that the linear range of rutin was 0.009 6-0.033 6 mg？mL-1.The average recovery rate was 99.78% with RSD of 1.30%.The content of total flavonoids from Ziziphora clinopodioides was 40 mg？g-1.Under the same conditions,the total flavonoids from Ziziphora clinopodioides had strong scavenging activities on DPPH？ and ？OH and reduction ability in a dose dependent manner,but weaker than vitamin C.This suggests that total flavonoids from Ziziphora clinopodioides has good antioxidant activity in vitro.
