摘要
观赏植物在人们的日常生活中发挥着重要的作用,同时也是全球贸易的重要组成部分。在观赏植物众多的性状中,花色是最重要的性状之一,直接关系到其观赏价值和市场地位,因此如何丰富重要花卉的花色是该领域迫切需要解决的问题,而生物技术则具有传统育种技术如杂交等无法比拟的优势。该研究收集整理了转基因技术在花色改良方面的最新研究进展,重点阐述了几种重要花卉的花色改良情况,讨论了转基因花卉产业化方面存在的一些问题,以期提供参考。
Ornamental plant plays an important role in people's daily life and is also an important portion of the global trade marketing. As one of the most important traits, flower color is directly related to its ornamental value and the position in sales market. How to enrich the variety of flower color is the key problem to be addressed urgently and biotechnology therefor has incomparable advantage over the traditional breeding techniques like hybridization. This study collected and summarized the latest progresses of color improvement of flower by transgenic engineering, especially emphasizing several key global valuable flowers so as to provide the helpful inspiration to the readers. The problems of genetically modified flowers existing on the way of commercialization were also discussed in this study.
