摘要
本文采用正交试验对杀螺剂硝苯柳胺的小试合成工艺条件进行了优化,其最适宜的小试合成条件为:二甲苯用量6 mL/g,酰化试剂为1.2 mol,温度为353.15K,反应60 min后,加入0.8 mol对硝基苯胺和5%催化剂,在413.15 K条件下继续反应240 min,产物收率可达近90%.
An orthogonal experiment has been made to optimize synthesis process of Niphensamide. The result shows that the yield of ni- phenamide is up to 89.6% ,when 6m/g of xylene,acylation' s temperature being at 353.15 K and 1.2mol of acylation reagents are put to have a chemical reaction for 60 min,and then 0. 8 eq p - nitroacetanilide and 5% at catalyst are added for amination at 413.15 K for 240 min.
